Brad Seaman

Brad Seaman co-founded MonsterConnect in 2011 and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer, managing day-to-day operations and strategic business direction. MonsterConnect is the third company Brad has helped start in Indianapolis. Brad is a 2nd Generation Call Center Technology Pioneer and a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University.

Chris Sansone

Chris Sansone is MonsterConnect’s CTO and Head of Software Development. He is the founder of Legendary Labs and a technical investor in MonsterConnect. Sansone Has Been with MonsterConnect Since 2013. Prior to MonsterConnect Sansone was Chief Software Architect of Iasta, a procurement and Supplier Management platform, acquired by California based Selectia (SLTC).

Rick Johnson

Rick Johnson is MonsterConnect’s Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller, advising the company’s management on all accounting matters. Johnson has been with MonsterConnect since 2012. Johnson currently operates several business service companies in Indianapolis, is a graduate of Franklin University with a B.S. degree in Accounting, and sits on several local non for profit boards.

Kiel Hauck
Director of Marketing

With nearly a decade of experience in digital marketing, Kiel comes to MonsterConnect as our Director of Marketing. He oversees demand generation efforts, content creation, social media, email, and marketing process. Prior to MonsterConnect Kiel managed marketing teams at Angie’s List and SupplyKick.

Brian Gerlach
Director of Sales

With over 8 years of experience in sales and management, Brian comes to MonsterConnect as our Director of Sales. He oversees new business acquisition and MonsterConnect’s Inside Sales. Prior to MonsterConnect Brian has lead Sales Development for growing technology and software companies. Brian is a graduate of Purdue University.

Lexy Logan
Director of Operations

Lexy is the Director of Operations and oversees day-to-day production and staffing for MonsterConnect. Her duties include new hire onboarding, client onboarding, technical support, and agent operations.
